Buffalo Dental Vacuum Former – Benchtop Dental Lab Thermoforming Machine
A benchtop vacuum forming machine for the dental laboratory, used to thermoform bleaching trays, night guards, sports mouthguards, retainers, temporary matrices, surgical stents and custom impression trays over a stone model. The heater hood mounts on a center post and swings clear of the forming area for loading; a spring-loaded frame holds the sheet material above a perforated platen, and a heavy-duty vacuum motor built into the cast base pulls the softened sheet down over the model in seconds — no compressed air line required. Separate HEATER and MOTOR toggle switches with a pilot lamp let the operator preheat and then draw the sheet independently. Supplied with the heater assembly, forming frame and platen, cast base, and line cord as shown.
