The AirStar 50 delivers dependable, oil-free compressed air for busy dental practices and includes 2 brand-new Schulz MSV-6 oil-less compressor heads for improved reliability and long service life, paired with an integrated membrane dryer and multi-stage filtration system. It supports up to 7 operatories with a 20-gallon receiver tank. Professionally refurbished by ABC Dentalworks, this unit was inspected across the air tank, membrane dryer, pressure switches, regulators, cooling fans, electrical system, safety valves, and moisture management system, with new Schulz MSV-6 compressor heads installed and the complete system fully tested prior to shipment.

This unit underwent a comprehensive inspection before being listed for sale. This refurbishment process included installation of new Schulz MSV-6 compressor heads, air dryer inspection, pressure switch testing, moisture system evaluation, safety valve inspection, electrical testing, tank inspection, cleaning and cosmetic preparation, and final operational testing before shipment.
