This is an OEM Midmark double articulating dental chair headrest, complete with the dual-pivot articulating mechanism, burgundy/red cushion and flat steel mounting tang. The double articulating design lets the headrest be positioned independently at two pivot points for patient comfort and operator access. A drop-in replacement for a worn, damaged or missing Midmark double articulating headrest.
