Refurbished Panoramic PC-4000 Control Panel & Display Assembly
This is the OEM operator control panel and display assembly, part number 801165-1, from a Panoramic Corporation PC-4000 digital panoramic X-ray system. It is the console the operator uses to set exposure mode, adjust technique factors and raise or lower the column — MODE, ADJUSTMENT +/−, ENTER, RESET, COLUMN up/down and POWER, with the vacuum-fluorescent status display above. The handheld X-RAY ON exposure switch shown in the photographs is included. Pulled from a June 2019 PC-4000, refurbished in house by ABC Dentalworks and backed by our one-year dealer warranty.

Not included: tube head, sensor, rotating arm assembly, column, column drive, main power supply or system wiring harness. The OEM part number 801165-1 covers the display panel assembly; the exposure handswitch is a separate OEM component included here as a bonus.

1-Year Warranty — Serviced In House
This refurbished control panel is covered by a one-year warranty from ABC Dentalworks, the dealer. Warranty work is done in our own shop — nothing is farmed out to a third party. If it fails within twelve months of delivery, call 727-388-4223 or email sales@abcdentalworks.com for a Return Authorization. The unit must be returned to us for warranty service; we repair or replace it in house and ship it back to you.
The warranty covers the control panel assembly itself. It does not cover shipping damage, improper installation, faults elsewhere in the X-ray system, or a unit that has been opened, modified or serviced by anyone other than ABC Dentalworks. Installation must be performed by a qualified dental X-ray service technician.

$50 Core Credit
We buy back cores. Send us your old PC-4000 control panel and we will issue you a $50 credit — as ABC Dentalworks store credit or refunded to your original payment method, your choice. Call 727-388-4223 or email sales@abcdentalworks.com within 30 days of delivery for a Return Authorization and the return address. The core must be the same model, complete and uncut. Return shipping on the core is the customer's responsibility.
