Refurbishment & Testing
Before this AirStar 70 was listed, ABC Dentalworks completed a full refurbishment and bench inspection covering the air receiver tank and safety relief valve, the membrane dryer and filtration stack, the moisture separator and drain, pressure switch cut-in and cut-out, the regulator and gauges, all three cooling fans, compressor head performance under load, and the complete electrical system and control panel. The unit was then cleaned, cosmetically prepared, run-tested as a complete system, and palletized for freight. Refurbished equipment may show minor cosmetic signs of previous service life — the photographs on this page show the actual unit and its actual condition.
Warranty
This AirStar 70 is sold with a 6-month parts warranty and a 90-day labor warranty from ABC Dentalworks. Full terms are on our warranty policy page. Equipment is not covered by the sealed-parts return rule that applies to replacement components — call us before you order if you have any question about coverage.
Shipping & Installation
This compressor ships by freight on a pallet. Freight is quoted separately after checkout so you pay the real rate to your address instead of a padded flat fee. Liftgate, residential and limited-access delivery can all be arranged — tell us at checkout or call ahead. Installation should be performed by a qualified dental equipment technician. We ship nationwide from Florida.
Before You Buy
The AirStar 70 needs a dedicated 200–250 volt single-phase circuit rated for its 24.0 amp full load. Confirm your electrical service, mechanical room clearance and air line sizing before ordering. If you are replacing an AirStar 30 or AirStar 50, the AS70 sits in a similar footprint class but draws more current — verify the breaker first. Not sure?
