This is a refurbished Siemens (Sirona) Heliodent DS intraoral X-ray tube head — the complete tubehead assembly that mounts to the Heliodent DS yoke and arm. It is the direct replacement for a Heliodent DS tube head that has failed, arced, or lost output, and it lets you keep your existing arm, wall mount and control module instead of replacing the entire X-ray unit. Refurbished in house by ABC Dentalworks and backed by our one-year dealer warranty.

1-Year Warranty — Serviced In House

This refurbished tube head is covered by a one-year warranty from ABC Dentalworks, the dealer. Warranty work is done in our own shop — nothing is farmed out to a third party. If the head fails within twelve months of delivery, call 727-388-4223 or email sales@abcdentalworks.com for a Return Authorization. The unit must be returned to us for warranty service; we repair or replace it in house and ship it back to you.

The warranty covers the tube head itself. It does not cover shipping damage, improper installation, faults elsewhere in the X-ray system, or a head that has been opened, modified or serviced by anyone other than ABC Dentalworks. Installation must be performed by a qualified dental X-ray service technician, and your state may require the unit to be re-registered or re-certified after a tube head change.

$50 Core Credit

We buy back Heliodent DS cores. Send us your old tube head and we will issue you a $50 credit — as ABC Dentalworks store credit or refunded to your original payment method, your choice. Call 727-388-4223 or email sales@abcdentalworks.com within 30 days of delivery for a Return Authorization and the return address. The core must be the same model, complete and uncut. Return shipping on the core is the customer's responsibility.
