This is a refurbished Siemens (Sirona) Heliodent DS X-ray tube insert assembly — the tube insert that seats inside the Heliodent DS tubehead housing. This listing is the insert assembly only, not the complete tube head. Refurbished in house by ABC Dentalworks and backed by our one-year dealer warranty.

Siemens or Sirona? Same part. This platform was sold as the Siemens Heliodent DS and later badged Sirona DS after Sirona took over the Siemens dental division. If the label on your unit reads SIRONA DS rather than HELIODENT DS, this is still the correct insert.

Rebuilt In Our Own State-Registered Shop

ABC Dentalworks is registered with the Florida Department of Health, Bureau of Radiation Control, X-Ray Machine Section as a radiation machine service and remanufacture facility, registration V-1170. This insert was rebuilt and tested here, and warranty work on it is done here.

1-Year Warranty — Serviced In House

This refurbished tube insert is covered by a one-year warranty from ABC Dentalworks, the dealer. Warranty work is done in our own shop — nothing is farmed out to a third party. If it fails within twelve months of delivery, call 727-388-4223 or email sales@abcdentalworks.com for a Return Authorization. The unit must be returned to us for warranty service; we repair or replace it in house and ship it back to you.

The warranty covers the tube insert itself. It does not cover shipping damage, improper installation, faults elsewhere in the X-ray system, or a unit that has been opened, modified or serviced by anyone other than ABC Dentalworks. Installation must be performed by a qualified dental X-ray service technician, and your state may require the unit to be re-registered or re-certified after a tube change.

$50 Core Credit

We buy back Heliodent DS and Sirona DS cores. Send us your old tube insert or tube head and we will issue you a $50 credit — as ABC Dentalworks store credit or refunded to your original payment method, your choice. Call 727-388-4223 or email sales@abcdentalworks.com within 30 days of delivery for a Return Authorization and the return address. The core must be the same model, complete and uncut. Return shipping on the core is the customer's responsibility.
